Join us for the creative workshop exploring Vytynanka, the traditional Ukrainian art of decorative papercutting, and create your own Tree of Life masterpiece!

Vytynanka is a delicate art form in which a simple sheet of paper becomes intricate, lace-like art through folding, symmetry, and negative space.

Our central theme for this masterclass is the Tree of Life.  Celebrated across ancient cultures and traditions worldwide, the Tree of Life is a universal symbol of unity, roots, growth, strength, and family lineage. It bridges the earth and sky, connecting past generations to the future.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn classic papercutting techniques and craft a meaningful piece that serves as a protective charm (oberih) for your space or a thoughtful gift.
