Studio Rules for 2024 (revised on April 12, 2024):

There are some precautions we take here, at Imaginook, to slow the spread of viruses:

We use individual supplies when possible.
If your child has flu-like symptoms (cough, fever, sore throat), he/she/they must wear a mask!
In-studio classes: we strongly encourage you to register for a 1 month or for a course. It helps us to keep stable groups and protect each other. All materials are provided and included in the price.

Class Policy and Prices:
We offer classes on a monthly rate basis for all ongoing classes. All students should pay monthly fees in full at the beginning of the month. If paid after the 15th of the month, a $10 late fee will be applied.
If you wish to stop your Monthly Payment, you are required to give a 14-day notice. If not given a 14-day notice to Imaginook, you are held responsible for the upcoming payment.
Kids Art and Craft classes 5-7 y.o. are $120 per month.
Kids Art Classes 8-12 y.o., teen classes are $140 per month.
Clay Classes, $120-140 per month.
Sewing Classes, $120-$140 per month.
Adult classes are $160 per month or a $40 drop-in fee.
If we have less than 4 classes in a month, you can come to a makeup class. Makeup classes are subject to availability.
All makeup classes should be done before the last day of Spring Semester - May 24, 2024.
You can make up any missing class with the class of your choice during the 30 days. Simply, ask your teacher for help or send us an email.

Rules for classes and camps:
We are NUT FREE Facility. Please, avoid sending food with nuts to camps.
Students are expected to work in a group setting and perform some independent work.
No profanity, no hate speech, no politics, no weapons (even plastic ones), no fighting allowed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is not complying with these rules.
Please, wear play clothes (something you do not mind being soiled). Reasonable precautions will be made to protect your child's clothes, however, we are not responsible for ruined outfits.
Please, wear closed-toe shoes in the studio.
If you are more than 5 minutes late to pick-up your child, $20 late pick up fee will be applied.

Referrals:
we really appreciate it when you put a good word out there about your experience in the studio. Starting October 1, 2022, you will receive $10 for each referral, when your friend signs up for a month. Your friend will also receive $10 off with your referral. Please, ask your friend to mention your name in the form.

Holidays:
No classes: Thanksgiving week, November 20-27; Christmas Break, December 23-January 7, 2023; Presidents Day, February 17-19, 2024; Spring Break, April 1-7, 2024; Memorial Day, May 25-27, 2024.
The Last Day of regular art classes is May 24, 2024.
Last Day of Spring Semester - May 24, 2024.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds:
If you wish to stop your Monthly Payment, you are required to give a 14 days notice. If not given a 14 days notice to Imaginook, you are held responsible for the upcoming payment.
Semester and Year Payment Plans are non-refundable.
Camps cannot be prorated and no refund can be given for any missed days, late registrations, or dropped camps.
A refund will be given if you notify us 1 month (30 days) prior first day of camp/activity. As always, a 3.5% bank processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Less than 30 days cancellation (30 days - 7 business days) - we will be happy to offer you 100% studio credit or transfer to any other studio camp/class (studio credit can be applied to any studio classes and programs).
If you are cancelling the camp/activity less than 7 business days prior to the first day of camp/activity - we won't be able to offer you a refund. In any case, contact us and we will be happy to help.
A full refund will be given if the camp/activity is cancelled by Imaginook LLC.
