Birthday Parties / Private Events Packages

Imaginook Art Studio offers Birthday Parties / Private Events Packages at our studio for kids and adults. Please, contact us at least 2-3 weeks in advance.

$50 deposit is required to secure your date/time.

Fully refundable if you cancel 7 days before the party, non-refundable after.

Available days and times:

Friday nights, 7-9 pm ( recommended for adult Paint Nights),

Saturdays 3 pm - 5 pm, 6 pm - 8 pm,

Sundays 10 am - 12 pm, 1 pm - 3 pm, 5 pm - 7 pm.

Some variations to a schedule above are possible.

Host can come 30 minutes before the scheduled time to bring in food, decorate, etc.

Guests can arrive 15 minutes earlier your scheduled time.

Additional time:

$50 for every 30 minutes staying after your time slot has ended.

Number of people and seating:

For the party you will be seated in two rooms: one room is for the activity and one room for food.

We can comfortably sit up to 16 participants for the activity in one big room.

2-hours Kids Art and Craft Parties

Approximately 1.5-hour painting or crafting session (your choice)+ half an hour for cake/food.

Cost: $400 for a party for up to 10 kids, each additional child is $40.

Bring your own food/cake, a tablecloth, beverages, utensils, and candles.

We provide all the materials for the painting session.

This option is customizable at no extra cost to you. You can choose your own idea to paint, choose colors, and theme. Popular subjects for this party package are: Hello Kitty and friends, Pokemon, Landscapes, Seasonal Art, Blooming Trees, etc.

2.5-hours Harry Potter inspired Birthday Parties

Approximately 2-hour programs with potion class, arts&crafts, or painting session + 0.5 hours for cake/food.

Cost: $500 for a party for 10 kids, each additional child is $50. Bring your own food/cake, beverages, utensils, and candles. We provide all materials for art activities.

This option is customizable at no extra cost to you. You can bring your own ideas. Popular subjects for this party package are: sorting ceremony, potion class, making Mandrakes, etc. Please, inquire for more ideas.

2-hour Adult, Teen Birthday Parties/Private Event

2-hour painting session/craft activity of your choice (we provide a couple of options, you choose your favorite). This option is good as a team-building activity or a Birthday Party celebration.
Cost: starts from $300 per 2-hour session for up to 6 people, each additional person is $50. All materials are included.
